We are delighted to support Mid and North East Essex Mind, a local, independent charity connected to the national charity Mind. There are 130 local Minds across England and Wales - Mid and North East Essex Mind's work takes place across the Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon and Tendring districts.
"Our mission is to support and empower people experiencing an emotional or mental health condition by building on their personal hopes and aspirations. This is achieved by identifying and responding to community needs in order to deliver an effective and efficient system of community based services."
Nationally, Mind campaigns to improve services and raises awareness. We work in partnership with them and other local Minds to make sure everyone gets the help they need across England and Wales.

HOW MID AND NORTH EAST ESSEX MIND CAN HELP
Mid and North East Essex Mind offer lots of different types of help to all ages. The way you access their services depends on the type of support you need and where you live.

FUNDRAISING AND DONATIONS
If you want to raise some money or donate to support the work we do in the local area, make sure you are clear on any fundraising or cheques that the money is for Mid and North East Essex Mind which will mean we can use this money locally helping even more people living with a mental health problem. Unfortunately, Mid and North East Essex Mind cannot take donations to ‘Mind’. Mid and North East Essex Mind's charity registration number is 1064309.
